Ashley Betts-Jackson

Who I Am:

I am a dedicated Human Resources professional and Director of HR at Hilton Hotels, passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture. Currently pursuing my master’s degree in Human Resources Management, I enjoy staying ahead of industry trends while also planning events that bring people together. Giving back to the community is at the heart of everything I do, as I strive to make a meaningful impact both professionally and personally.

What Makes Me Happy:

Going on vacation.

Teasha Brooks

Who I Am:

I am a fund development and program specialist who has spent more than two decades working with non-profits and foundations helping them to develop measurable outcomes, track relevant data and secure funding to perform their work in the community. My expertise is on both sides of the field, working for local funders and grant recipients. I believes in the holistic treatment of individuals, addressing issues of the mind and body. This stems from my previous work in both children’s and adult mental health and from my experience witnessing people in my community struggle with mental and preventable chronic health issues.

What Makes Me Happy:

I consider myself an avid gardener and lover of plants, mom to an ambitious seventh grade Loyola Academy Knight and activist for all things community! Especially St. Louis City!

I believe in the power of intentional communication, communities, and the impact that seemingly ordinary people can have. In my downtime, you can find me outside — traveling, attending a concert, festival, reading, or indulging in one of my many hobbies.
